This is a repeating-image style teaser puzzle by Diana Rowell. Rated only three swords, I would likely give this four swords. Despite the lowish piece count, I found it harder than others of this genre.
If you like this genre you will very much enjoy this puzzle and the amazing amount of variation that Diana was able to work into the thirty-something nearly identical starfish is impressive.
Strategy suggestion: try to pair a few pieces together to reduce the complexity from 30-near identical pieces to say 10-two-piece clusters plus 10 individuals, etc. Keep in mind the general solution shape too.

- Hi, my name is Ruth and I am a crafter of puzzles at Stave. I totally agree with your review of this puzzle, as a crafter and a puzzler. Even as you are cutting you need to pay very close attention to where the starfish belong.
